Amanda first got her real estate license in January of 2005 and trained with her Mother who is still an active real estate Broker in Wyoming. In fact, Amanda’s grandmother was also a real estate broker. This one-on-one training was essential to launching Amanda’s career in the fast paced market prior to the housing bubble of 2008/2009 and her mother’s experience in varying markets helped her navigate that incredibly difficult time in real estate. Fast forward to today, and Amanda has closed hundreds of new construction and resale homes throughout her career. Additionally, Amanda has earned a multitude of designations & accolades and is a trusted partner with Corporate Relocation companies across the globe.

With a Master’s degree in engineering from Technologic Institute in Europe Maxim has rich experience and knowledge working internationally with countries such as Germany, Italy, England, Finland and other European states. This gives Maxim a wide knowledge base and understanding of the needs of multi-national clients and assisting them to make the right decisions. His engineering background from building residential properties to nuclear power stations brings a different perspective of analytics and Maxim also enjoys speaking with clients about design and renovation. Maxim serves the entire Raleigh area, from Chapel Hill to the Research Triangle Park to Wake Forest. Languages spoken: English, Russian, Ukrainian.
