Relocation is a challenging process, especially when the area can be a complete unknown. Amanda and Maxim were able to quickly understand what we were looking for, navigate the rapid paced market, and put us in a position for this home (translation, very efficient use of our few trips). We appreciated the frequent communication, response time (text, phone, email), candid discussion, historical research and how they set expectations of the reality of this fast, growing area. To be honest, remotely managing a relo, during a pandemic, and trying buy/sell a home was crazy...but it didn't feel like it with Amanda and Max advocating on our behalf in NC; they even helped our NY realtor avoid a relo mistake. The Amanda and Maxim team were referred to us by a friend when we were relocating back to North Carolina from Texas with my new job. Our friends could not speak highly enough of them, so we were inclined to use them for our search as well. After my initial email to Amanda and Maxim to explore bringing them on as our realtors, they quickly scheduled a call to understand what we were looking for in a house (location, budget, other characteristics). We instantly connected and felt comfortable trusting this team with finding us our new home! Within 30 minutes of our call, Amanda and Maxim has set us up in their portal and began sending us homes that met our criteria; however over-and-beyond that, they also screened some of the selections based on their extensive knowledge of the area and houses that they did not think would be a good fit.
